EVRODELIKATES LTD was founded in 2004 in the Plovdiv area as a continuation of the family tradition in the preservation of fresh vegetables. Its primary purpose is the production and distribution of standardized traditional products for the Bulgarian, Greek and international markets.

Product quality is our priority. We check every stage of the production process to ensure product quality and safety. The freshness, quality and purity of raw materials is a prerequisite for our suppliers, so we choose very carefully the partners and the producers with whom we work.

EVRODELIKATES LTD sells products to distribution companies, wholesalers, retailers, food businesses in Bulgaria, Greece and Europe. Ensuring customer satisfaction is built into our values and hierarchy of needs and this is reflected in the long-term relationship we enjoy with our partners.
Products and goods
We work with the highest quality and fresh peppers, eggplants and cucumbers (gherkins), which are grown in southern Bulgaria. WE DO NOT USE FROZEN VEGETABLES AND WE DO NOT IMPORT FROM OTHER COUNTRIES. The vegetables are collected from the fields and canned within 48 hours. Our factory is designed so that the fresh vegetables come in and are canned in less than 1 hour. The perfect taste and smell of the peppers and eggplants is due to the fact that we roast them on gas in a special oven. The oven is perfected so that in 8 hours it can roast 15 tons of eggplants or 10 tons of peppers. We load spices from companies that have proven themselves on the Bulgarian market for over 20 years. Our recipes have not changed for over 2 decades and will not change!
