4. Prices

All prices are listed in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and include VAT.

Delivery costs depend on the value of your order and are displayed before finalizing the purchase.

5. Problems with Order Fulfillment

Although we strive to fulfill all orders accurately, your order may be delayed or affected for one of the following reasons:

  • despite our efforts to maintain accurate stock availability, some ordered products may be out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone;
  • incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided, including name, address, phone number, or postal code.

6. Order Cancellation and Withdrawal

Right to Cancel Before Order Processing

The customer has the right to cancel an order within 24 hours.

Refunds will be issued by bank transfer within 14 business days after the customer provides bank account details.

Right of Withdrawal After Receiving the Order

According to Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

The right of withdrawal applies only if the goods are returned:

  • in their original packaging
  • in commercial condition
  • accompanied by the original receipt/invoice

According to Article 55, paragraph 2, item 4 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • perishable goods
  • products subject to rapid deterioration
  • refrigerated food products
  • food items with a short shelf life

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the Seller shall refund the amount paid, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, provided the returned goods meet the above conditions.

The customer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.

⚠️ Important:
Upon receiving the shipment, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for compliance with the order.

If transport damage is identified, it must be reported in the presence of the courier and documented through an official damage report.

7. Payment

Orders may be paid:

  • by cash on delivery
  • by credit card
  • by debit card
